    We are pleased to announce that the 3rd NETwork conference is going to take place on March 22, 2014 in Kharkiv. As usual the Sun City conference hall will host the event. This year NETwork expands technologies and boosts the agenda with workshops and master-classes. The conference website is already launched; expect the registration open on February.

    ICE Totally Gaming 2014 is a three-day event fully dedicated to every gaming aspect including betting, bingo, casino, lottery, mobile, online, social or street gaming and many more. Valery Krasovsky, Sigma Ukraine COO, and Igor Lisakov, Senior Expert in Game Development, will attend the exhibition to explore the world of game development and design. The event will be held on February 4-6 in London.

    In late December Sigma Ukraine passed annual surveillance audit with 0 (zero) nonconformities and has successfully continued its ISO 9001:2008 certification for 2014.

    On December 19, Global Technology Foundation hosted the third Grant Committee Meeting in Kyiv. 2 best Ukrainian startups received ₴240 000 grants and mentor’s help from GTF founders. Sigma Ukraine was one of the partners of the event according to the cooperation agreement signed with GTF in November, 2013.

    In early December Business Sweden conducted IT Nearshoring days in Stockholm and Gothenburg for Swedish small and medium enterprises to discuss future plans for business development and benefits of starting cooperation with Ukrainian IT contractors. Daniel Björkman, Department Manager at Sigma Technology, and Vladimir Beck, Sigma Ukraine CEO, participated in the discussion and shared Sigma's experience of Swedish-Ukrainian partnership.
