The history of Sigma Ukraine can be traced back to 1995 when colleagues at several IT departments of Hartron Corporation set up the ITC Group. The main focus of the Group's activities was the development of software projects for European and US customers. In 2000, in order to enhance its competitive position on the growing outsourcing market, the eSP Consortium was created, bringing together more than 280 experts from six major IT companies in Kharkiv.

So May 10, 2002 is the official founding date of the company as it looks today. From that moment, the active qualitative development of the company began.
